We reached AU$100,459 in just 30 days
Who would of knew our project would have connected with so many people around the world? 🌎🌍🌏
It's quite incredible, and always daunting to put your work, and yourself out there. You never know how it's going to be received, but I can tell you now, I feel blessed 😇, blessed to have so many people show me and my team their support with words AND actions!
All of you have been incredible, so thank you for all your pledges 🙏.
You've just help launch a company!! 🤯🚀
The project is moving forward with 2.6 times more funding than initially required!! 🚀 Isn't that insane?! Even though a lot smaller than other campaigns we're still very proud of what we managed to achieve 😊
Our next steps are:
1. We are currently putting the finishing touches on our design to get everything perfect. We hope to get this done in the next 2-3 weeks.
2. We'll be going to see our tool maker to get our moulds made after the Christmas break.
3. Once that's done (approximately 2 weeks of labour), we'll order all our components to be made this should take the longest and anywhere between 2 to 4 months as we need to allow enough time to correct any manufacturing errors.
4. In the meantime we'll be looking for talented sewers to get the covers made (we actually already have some promising leads as we started to work on this as soon as we reached our target).
5. Once everything is working well, we'll start production which should take 2-3 weeks.
6. From there we'll send everything to our warehouses and let our logistics provider do his job ie. deliver your SleepMuffs in June!
You can expect monthly updates giving you information about what we've done, the breakthroughs we've had and the problems we've encountered!
We hope you enjoyed our campaign as much as we did, it was quite an incredible first experience 😁.
Here's a few answers to potential questions:
When will I receive the survey to choose my colour?
The surveys will be sent out to each backer within the next two weeks. Until then you don't need to do anything.
Through this survey you will be able to select a colour and pre-order additional covers.
My payment failed, what should I do?
There will be a percentage of backers with unsuccessful payments, don't worry it's pretty common. So please make sure that your payment went through to receive your reward. You can check that by looking at your reward status for SleepMuffs by Blisstil - just log into your Kickstarter account.
Most of the time payment issues are caused by banks blocking payments. Luckily it can be easily fixed by contacting your bank and explaining the source of the credit card charge.CLICK HERE to see full guide on how you can quickly correct this issue!
NOTE: Kickstarter only gives one week to correct unsuccessful payments - so be sure to check this before Friday December 11th!
On that date Kickstarter will try to charge your card once more but you can go to your pledge and charge your card manually prior that date as well.
P.S. If the problem persists past December 11th, don't worry, you will be able to add a different credit card in the surveys we'll send out it two weeks.

We’re taking a head start on the end of our campaign by moving our schedule forward, which will allow us to foresee issues (if any) quicker so we can deliver on time! 🤓
